Joshoan serves as the Director of External Affairs at the Mosholu-Montefiore Community Center (Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­), where he acts as a core strategic partner to the CEO to drive institutional growth. In this role, he integrates fundraising, public relations, government relations, and community partnerships to elevate Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ visibility and expand its donor and public portfolios. A bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Joshoan leverages nearly two decades of experience in public health and nonprofit administration to enhance the lives of New Yorkers Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ serves.

His deep-rooted commitment to community service began at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ in 2007. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Health & Wellness and a Master of Public Administration from Buffalo State University, he led human services initiatives in Buffalo and spent seven years managing program strategy and quality assurance for a Lower East Side mentoring organization. He returned to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ in November 2022, serving as the Director of Operations & Compliance for Workforce Development & Continuing Education—where he institutionalized data-driven systems that earned top-tier funder evaluations—before ascending to his current position.
